Visiting us in the bonny Highlands? Have some queries or questions about the site, party sizes, what’s provided, or our terms and conditions? Hopefully, this article will help to shine some light on your questions and help to further put you at ease for the relaxing time ahead.
Is there parking at the resort?
Yes, parking is available both at the entrance of the resort and next to each holiday home and glamping pod.
Are towels and bedding provided?
Bedding is provided within all holiday homes. In the glamping pods the double bed comes with bedding, however, the additional beds in the pod do not. Sleeping bags can be purchased from the park if required. Towels are provided.
I’m arriving late, is there anything I should know?
If you’re arriving late then you must inform the park as soon as possible, this will allow us to better manage units when it comes to late bookings from other customers. Your booking will be held for a full day or 24 hours after the allotted arrival time, after said time we reserve the right to relet your unit. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund policy due to bad weather, late arrivals, or early departure. Bookings cannot be changed within one day of your arrival.
What time can I check-in?
Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm on the day of your arrival.
What time will I have to check-out?
Please check out by 10am on the day of your departure.
What is the procedure when arriving at the resort?
Upon arrival, before the fun starts, you will need to sign yourself in at reception. Reception is open between 9 am and 8 pm. Admission to the campsite is only permitted after you register at the front desk. All guests staying in our accommodation must provide a form of ID and under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardians, admission will not be permitted to anyone under the age of 18 without a legal guardian or family member over the age of 18.

How do I get to the resort?

Are there any quiet hours?
Quiet Hours are between 10:30pm and 7:30am and must be respected, no vehicles may arrive or depart during these hours unless an emergency occurs. During the quiet hours TV, radio and any speaking volume must be kept at a respectable volume, we would also greatly appreciate it if when closing car doors and boots during this time you could do it quietly.
Are BBQ’s allowed on-site?
Small BBQs are permitted on the gravel area but must be constantly raised off the ground and supervised by an adult.
What should I do if I have a concern while staying at Loch Ness Highland Resort?
If you feel these rules are being breached and you would like to make a complaint, please feel free to come and speak to an on-site manager. Any complaints not dealt with on-site cannot be brought to our attention after you leave. The management also reserves the right to terminate the stay or refuse entry to any guests refusing to adhere to these rules.

Can I bring my dog with me? Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately pets are not permitted anywhere within the resort. This includes all common areas and within holiday homes and glamping pods.
Can I book accommodation for a hen party or stag do?
We do not cater to hen or stag parties, as such no bookings for these will be permitted, including single-sex bookings of 4 or more people.
Are fires allowed on-site?
No open fires are permitted on-site.
What is Loch Ness Highland Resort’s refund policy?
At the time of booking, a 30% non-refundable deposit must be paid. If applying for a refund, it must be submitted at least 56 days before your arrival.
