About The Role

We are looking for 2 sets of Holiday Park Wardens to join our Loch Ness Highland Resort team and live on-site in excellent free accommodation.

Location: Highlands

Job type: Full Time

Park Warden 1: Your main role is to ensure our park and facilities are maintained to the highest standard for the benefit of all our guests on the park. The daily duties will be very varied to include carrying out grounds and maintenance work which will vary seasonally and can include grass cutting, gardening, basic caravan holiday home maintenance, keeping the park tidy. You will be jointly responsible for the security of the park out-with office hours.

Park Warden 2: Will be responsible for check-ins, the running of reception, management of laundry and cleaning services supplied by outside contractors and cleaning duties as required. There are On Call duties required as part of this including being available for late arrivals and dealing with customer emergencies.

This is not a lifestyle that will suit everyone so previous experience of a similar position would be beneficial. It is essential that our Wardens can work as part of a team, provide an excellent level of customer service, enjoy the variety that comes with working on a holiday park and thrive on the holiday park lifestyle.
